Our admissions process is designed to make sure that your child will be successful at the Royal SCITS Academy. The application process is simple and effective and our admissions team will be happy to assist you.

Application Process

Step 1: Apply Online

Step 2: Documentation

If you wish to proceed with your child’s admissions at the Royal SCITS Academy, please upload the documents mentioned below to the online admissions portal. If you have trouble uploading them, please reach out to the admissions team at admissions@royalscits.ca. 

  1. Previous two years of academic reports in both your official first language and English if applicable

  2. Birth Certificate

  3. Health History Form

  4. Immunization Record

  5. Recommendation Letter

  6. Passport Copy

  7. Passport Size Photograph

  8. Guardianship Form 

  9. Admission Declaration Form

Step 3: Interaction

Our admissions team would be happy to schedule a zoom call with you and your child to discuss the school, the curriculum and the subjects. They will also answer any questions that you may have. Our team will also have an informal one-on-one conversation with the student. 

Step 4: Application Fee Payment

You will receive an invoice from our finance department for the application fee of 300 CAD. This has to be paid before the testing. 

Step 5: Entry Level Testing

All students applying to Royal SCITS Academy have to appear for an entry level test in English and Mathematics. This will help our academic team assess the student’s grade level conceptual understanding.

Step 6: Acceptance Letter

From the date of the testing, it will take our admissions team 7-10 working days to revert to you with the next steps. If the student is accepted into the Royal SCITS Academy then the admissions team will share the official acceptance letter signed off by the Principal.

Step 7: Deposit Payment

Once you accept the official letter of acceptance, the finance department will share an invoice for the deposit amount of 5000 CAD that has to be paid to register the student’s seat at the Royal SCITS Academy. Please note: If study permit is denied, tuition deposit will be refunded, minus the bank transfer fee. 

Step 8: Apply for Study Permit

  • If you are an international student, to apply for your Canadian Study Permit, please visit the Government of Canada website to find out how you can apply directly online. 

  • Once you have submitted your documents for a study permit, please send a confirmation email to admissions@royalscits.ca

 Step 9: Confirm Enrollment

Please inform RSA as soon as your study permit authorization is confirmed.

 Step 10: Finalize Enrollment

Now that you have the study permit, we look forward to welcoming you to the RSA campus. We will share with you a pre-arrival handbook that will help you prepare for student life at RSA. We will also work with you to confirm your accommodation requests and airport pick up. Please note that enrollment will be fully confirmed only once the remaining tuition fee is paid.
